Objectives

The main objectives are to:

• share and document lessons learned from climate change related field programmes and projects
• demonstrate how formal and informal knowledge sharing can improve the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of the organizations work on climate change
• provide FAO staff with the opportunity to get to know and learn from each other in the field of climate change
• develop concrete ideas on how to internalize "learning from the field" in FAO.
